The brilliant Train & Transfer idea was created by Kamloops Dogtime Canine Coach, Sarah Rose.

The vision of the Train & Transfer sessions was inspired by Sarah's observations of past client’s appreciation of watching her work with their dog.  It occurred to her, that some of us learn best by observing first and then putting the mechanics into motion.  By allowing your Dogtime Canine Coach to train your dog first, while you observe, the dog is able to learn from their experience.  After the first four sessions, your Dogimte Canine Coach will coach you through the transferring of these training skills.

This is different than regular board & train classes where your dog is sent away to be trained without you in attendance. We feel that dog training is a team effort and it is best that you and your dog are involved together at every step. We feel that there is huge value in observing your dog being trained by a professional trainer and your dog gets "up to speed" very quickly.

The Train & Transfer is six, hour long private sessions. The first four sessions will have you observing the session and your Dogtime Canine Coach will be training your dog on whichever topic area you request. The remaining two sessions, you will be working hands-on directly with your dog under the supervision of your canine coach.
